Domestic shipping within Malta typically takes 2-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually 7-14 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
How are glass items packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging. Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap, secured with foam padding, and placed in double-walled boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over €100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Do you accept custom orders?

How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll provide you with a timeline during the consultation process.

Can I visit the workshop?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our workshop at Ta’ Qali Crafts Village. You can watch free live glass blowing demonstrations and see our artisans at work. No appointment needed for demonstrations.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Do you offer glass blowing classes?
Yes! We offer introductory glass blowing workshops for small groups. Contact us in advance to book your session and experience the art of glass making firsthand.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are final sale. Please contact us for return authorization and shipping instructions.
How should I care for my glass pieces?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid extreme temperature changes, dishwashers, and abrasive materials. Handle with care—each piece is handmade and unique.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
